The establishment of the Bailliage de Bulgarie marks a historic milestone for our country and opens a new chapter in the celebration of gastronomy, fine wines, hospitality, and fellowship under the world's oldest and most respected gastronomic societies.

Founded in Paris in 1950 and inspired by traditions dating back to 1248, La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs has, for generations, united professionals and enthusiasts who share a common passion for the culinary arts, the culture of the table, and the values that transform a meal into an unforgettable experience.

Today, with members in more than 80 countries, the Chaîne continues to promote excellence, friendship, education, and respect for tradition while embracing innovation and the continuous evolution of gastronomy. The Bailliage de Bulgarie is founded upon these same principles. Our mission is to celebrate and preserve culinary heritage, support excellence in hospitality and wine, encourage the professional development of chefs and sommeliers, and foster meaningful relationships among those who share a genuine appreciation for gastronomy.

We are committed to creating opportunities for learning, cultural exchange, mentorship, and international collaboration, while proudly showcasing Bulgaria's remarkable culinary identity to the world.
