The National Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition reflects La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs' commitment to preserving the future of gastronomy by encouraging excellence, creativity, and technical mastery among the next generation of chefs.

The Bailliage de Bulgarie is proud to actively support both national and international culinary initiatives that promote education, mentorship, and professional development. Through the National Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition, we aim to provide talented young chefs with the opportunity to demonstrate their skills, exchange knowledge, and compete in an environment that celebrates the highest standards of culinary excellence.

The competition will soon become an integral part of the Bailliage's annual program, welcoming culinary students and young professional chefs from across Bulgaria, while also fostering participation from neighboring Balkan countries. By creating opportunities for collaboration and friendly competition, we seek to strengthen the region's gastronomic community and inspire the next generation of culinary leaders.
