The Bailliage de Bulgarie is proud to announce that this prestigious competition will soon become part of its annual calendar of educational and gastronomic events. Open to hospitality students and young professional sommeliers, it will provide an exceptional platform for participants to demonstrate their knowledge, refine their skills, and represent the future of Bulgarian wine culture.

With more than 6,000 years of winemaking history, Bulgaria is one of the oldest wine-producing regions in the world. This remarkable heritage continues to flourish through the dedication of outstanding Bulgarian wineries, whose commitment to quality, authenticity, and innovation has earned increasing international recognition.
