The Bailliage de Bulgarie is committed to creating an exceptional calendar of gastronomic experiences that will showcase Bulgaria's culinary excellence while celebrating the timeless values of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

Throughout the year, the Bailliage will organize a carefully curated program of exclusive events, bringing together members and distinguished guests in some of Bulgaria's most remarkable destinations. Many of these experiences will be hosted at the official headquarters of the Bailliage de Bulgarie, located within the award-winning Dieci Boutique Restaurant, where a limited number of guests will enjoy intimate evenings of world-class gastronomy in an atmosphere of elegance and refinement.

Beyond our headquarters, the Bailliage will extend its activities across the country, organizing exceptional events in Sofia's finest hotels, private clubs, and carefully selected restaurants, as well as in the spectacular Black Sea region, the majestic Bulgarian mountains, and unique secluded locations chosen for their beauty and historical significance.

Our annual calendar will also include events in Plovdiv, Veliko Tarnovo, Stara Zagora, Burgas, Varna, and the renowned wine region of Melnik, celebrating one of Europe's oldest and most distinguished wine-producing traditions. These gatherings will proudly showcase the remarkable quality of Bulgarian wines alongside the creativity, authenticity, and refinement of contemporary Bulgarian gastronomy.

Among our signature experiences will be elegant White Nights by the Black Sea, candlelit dinners in prestigious vineyards, extraordinary evenings in medieval fortresses and ancient Roman ruins, mountain retreats, harvest celebrations, exclusive wine weekends, and many other unforgettable gastronomic journeys inspired by the history, culture, and natural beauty of Bulgaria.

The Bailliage de Bulgarie will also have the privilege of welcoming internationally acclaimed Michelin-starred chefs who will collaborate with Maître Rôtisseur Chef Gianfranco Chiarini in creating extraordinary culinary experiences. As the culinary heart and creative force behind every official event, Chef Chiarini will work alongside these distinguished guests to present menus that reflect both international excellence and the richness of Bulgarian gastronomy.

Each event will be graciously hosted by Bailli Délégué Anna Chiarini, Restaurant Director and Sommelier, whose passion for hospitality, wine culture, and the traditions of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs will ensure an atmosphere of warmth, elegance, and impeccable service.

Through this ambitious national program, the Bailliage de Bulgarie seeks to establish Bulgaria among Europe's most exciting gastronomic destinations while promoting friendship, education, cultural exchange, and excellence in every aspect of fine dining.

We are also delighted to announce that, very soon, the Bailliage de Bulgarie will host its inaugural Induction Dinner, during which our first Founding Members will be formally inducted into La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs – Bailliage de Bulgarie.

This historic occasion will mark the beginning of a new chapter for Bulgarian gastronomy, celebrating friendship, tradition, excellence, and our shared passion for the culinary arts.
