Dieci Boutique Restaurant becomes the official headquarters of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in Bulgaria
Devino. Bulgaria celebrates a historic moment for the development of its gastronomy. Dieci Boutique Restaurant, named by Bacchus as a best restaurant in Bulgaria for 2025/2026, becomes the official seat of Bailliage de Bulgarie of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs – the oldest and one of the most prestigious gastronomic organizations in the world.
Founded in 1248, La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs has preserved and popularized for nearly eight centuries the traditions of high cuisine, the art of hospitality and the culture of the table. Today, the organization has a presence in nearly 80 countries, bringing together leading professionals and connoisseurs of exquisite gastronomy from all over the world.
The designation of Dieci Boutique Restaurant as the official seat of the Bulgarian representation of the organization is a recognition of the place that Bulgaria occupies on the international gastronomic map, as well as for the development of the high culinary standard in our country.

Dieci Boutique Restaurant has announced that it has been selected as the official seat of Bailliage de Bulgarie to the prestigious international gastronomic organization La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
Recognition from the world's oldest gastronomic organization: Founded in 1248, La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is the oldest gastronomic organization in the world and one of the most respected institutions in the field of culinary art, hospitality and wine culture.
A new chapter on Bulgarian gastronomy
With the inclusion of Bulgaria in the global network of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the country takes another step towards establishing itself as a prestigious culinary destination.
This recognition puts Bulgarian gastronomy alongside leading international scenes and sends a strong signal that the country has the potential to attract more and more connoisseurs of high cuisine from all over the world.

The Order of La Chaine des Rotisseurs also set foot in Bulgaria
"The Order of the Masters of Baking" (La Chaine des Rotisseurs) is an organization dedicated to the high-quality culinary, far older than the Michelin guide.
Unsurprisingly, the order is based in Paris. It was created in 1248 after, according to official history, King Louis IX issued an order to create a guild to include those who mastered the mastery necessary for the proper roasting of geese - a highly prized poultry meat in the Middle Ages.
The order is alive to this day, but the dinners or lunches it prepares can not be left with a simple reservation. Neither food served there is ordinary.
It is prepared only by those who are members of the order, and they can become such only by invitation. Already Bulgaria can boast of membership in the order after a restaurant became its official representative.
